Monitor your esketamine patients,
without the friction.
Lucida is a day-of-treatment monitor for esketamine clinics. One live view of every room. Every observation auto-files the REMS Patient Monitoring Form. No more clipboards, no more late filings, no PHI on Post-its.
Treatment days are stressful enough. Software shouldn't add to it.
Spravato REMS demands more clinical paperwork per session than almost any other outpatient procedure. Most clinics are doing it on a mix of EHR fields, Excel, and faith.
Pre-dose, midpoint, pre-discharge — three sets per patient, transcribed by hand, hoping nothing gets misread or lost.
Staff stays late to fill in what they already did. Forms slip past the 7-day window. Inspectors notice.
"Are they OK in room 2?" Real check requires getting up, walking over, opening the door, interrupting the session.
Who recorded those vitals? When? Who overrode the threshold? Nobody can tell six months later when it matters.
Four screens. One source of truth.
One live view of the whole floor.
Every room, every phase, every alert — pulled in by Supabase Realtime. Drag patients onto rooms on the schedule grid. Force-end a stuck session. Watch the unfiled REMS count tick down as staff discharge.
Vitals, dosing, observations — in flow.
The clinician's phone walks them through the session phase-by-phase. Vitals against the clinic's thresholds. Per-device dosing timer. SAE classification before discharge. Every action is the source of truth — no second entry.
Calming, quiet, always there.
A patient-facing companion during the 2-hour monitoring window. Breathing exercises, a soft countdown, and a Press-to-notify / press-and-hold-for-emergency button that lands instantly on the staff phone and the reception desk.
The form is already done.
Every discharge generates the SPRAVATO REMS Patient Monitoring Form — laid out exactly like the FDA template, with the clinician's typed-name electronic signature or a wet-signature blank if preferred. Bundle a whole day. Fax-cover included.
Compliance isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
Lucida is designed by people who've watched clinics scramble for a REMS audit. Everything below is on by default — not a paid tier.
Every clinical action is captured in an append-only audit table with 7-year retention. Exportable as CSV from settings.
TLS everywhere, AES-256 at rest via Supabase. Database access controlled by Row-Level Security per clinic.
Owners use email + password (optional TOTP MFA). Staff use 4-digit PINs with rate-limit lockout. Patients pair by QR — no credentials.
The PDF output mirrors the SPRAVATO Patient Monitoring Form. We do not interpret it for you; we capture exactly what the form asks.
Patient-snapshot copy-on-discharge means deleting a patient never touches their historical records. Logging strips PHI from messages and stacks.
Electronic signature (typed name + PIN), tamper-evident audit, optional wet-signature blank for clinics that prefer pen.
Free during development.
Lucida is in private beta with a small group of Spravato clinics shaping the product alongside us. If you'd like to be one of them, tell us a little about your practice.
